Executive Coaching

Leading is ultimately a personal practice. Coaching creates the conditions for individuals to examine what is shaping their thinking. One conversation at a time, we shift attention from the problem to what's possible. It sharpens how a leader shows up and builds the clarity to make strategic choices. Ultimately, we build the capacity to lead from a place of a greater awareness and foresight.


Speaking and Facilitation

I speak and moderate on the themes at the centre of my practice: how leaders construct their identity in times of transition, what happens when authenticity becomes a constraint rather than a guide, and what leading actually requires when the familiar narratives no longer hold.
