Coaching

Structured, confidential, action-oriented conversations entirely shaped around you, your context and what you want to shift, with the accountability to turn insight into momentum.

Why coaching

Some things cannot be learned in a group. How you process pressure. How you hold authority when you are uncertain. How you navigate a conversation where the outcome matters greatly.

Coaching creates the conditions to work on the dimensions of leadership that only surface in practice: the patterns you default to, the moments where your message lands differently than you intended, the gap between how you see yourself and how others experience you.

It is not advice. It is a structured space to think more clearly about how you lead, and to build the awareness and discipline that make the difference between good and exceptional leadership.

How I work

I bring more than questions. I bring twenty years of advising leaders on how to communicate when the stakes are highest, five years of running a company as CEO, and applied doctoral research into how leaders build authority. I understand what it takes to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, communicate with authority and build influence in demanding environments. Not from theory, but from experience.

Sometimes the most useful thing is a question that shifts your perspective. Other times it is a direct observation, a framework, or a tool you can apply in the room the following week. The balance depends on what you need in the moment, and it is always in service of your autonomy.

Coaching can work as a standalone engagement or alongside in-person training, deepening the learning and targeting the areas where individual attention makes the difference.

Who coaching is for

What to expect

Every engagement begins with a conversation to understand your context, your objectives and what success looks like. From there, we design a coaching arc that fits your situation.

Sessions are held online and typically run over a defined period, with a rhythm that allows for reflection and application between conversations. Some engagements are short and focused around a specific moment. Others unfold over several months as part of a broader development trajectory.

For organisations commissioning coaching as part of a wider programme, I work closely with HR and L&D teams to align the coaching with organisational objectives and ensure the investment delivers visible results.

Start a conversation

Whether you are considering coaching for yourself or exploring it for someone in your organisation, the best first step is a conversation. Tell me what you are working on and we will take it from there.
