Nice to meet you, I am Sarah
I'm a leadership and communication consultant and applied researcher. For more than twenty years I've been helping leaders and their organisations build their reputation, sharpen their positioning, and communicate with impact.
I cut my teeth in advertising before moving into senior roles at Farner Consulting, Switzerland's leading public relations agency. I held key positions at multinationals Nord Anglia Education and Kellogg's, where I developed the Pringles brand's PR strategy for Europe. I co-founded the successful swiss proptech startup kiiz from the ground up and ran it as CEO for five years. Thereafter, I went back to an international career: first an education group in Doha, then heading up communications for a European organisation in Lisbon.
Having lived and worked across five countries and speaking six languages, I bring a global perspective to every engagement and feel at home in international environments.
Clients think of me when they need to work on their executive presence, develop the capabilities to deliver high-stakes communications, prepare for managerial transitions, and develop transformative self-leadership. The space I create is demanding, stimulating, and built to transform how professionals show up and lead.
I teach regularly at Fribourg Management School, across executive programmes and speak at international events. I was previously Chair of the Société Romande de Relations Publiques, the professional body for PR practitioners in French-speaking Switzerland.
I graduated from the London University of the Arts, studied management at Columbia Business School in New York, and earned an Executive MBA from IMD in Switzerland. I'm currently pursuing a Doctorate at SDA Bocconi in Milan, where my research focuses on leader’s identity during times of change.
